U.S., Antigua Both Claim Victory in Casino Dispute

The United States and the Caribbean nation of Antigua both put a positive spin on a World Trade Organization ruling on a gambling dispute. The case involved a U.S. ban on offshore Internet casinos. Some contend the ruling could have broader implications for gambling inside the United States.
