Political groups are reported to have paid House Majority Leader Tom DeLay's wife and daughter $500,000 in recent years. Added to ongoing ethics investigations, the news stirs speculation that DeLay has become a drag on the Republican party. Ross Ramsey, executive editor of Texas Weekly, offers more details.
