President Bush hosts Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon at his Texas ranch. U.S. officials see Israel's planned withdrawal from Gaza as an occasion to revive the search for permanent peace in the Middle East. But analysts warn it is an opportunity that could be missed if the administration fails to get more involved in the complexities of the peace process.
