GAO Pushes for Nuclear-Fuel Tracking System

The safety of radioactive fuel at the nation's power plants faces scrutiny. The government says nuclear fuel does go missing occasionally but that the amount is inadequate to be useful to terrorists. The Government Accountability Office disagrees and is pushing to create a system to track spent fuel.
