Supreme Court, Congress Clash on Rulings

House members and Supreme Court justices clash during a hearing on the High Court's budget. At issue were the court's recent controversial rulings on Terri Schiavo and the death penalty for juveniles. Justices Anthony Kennedy and Clarence Thomas argued for judicial independence before the House committee.
