Tom DeLay and the Ethics Committee

On Capitol Hill, embattled House Majority Leader Tom Delay spoke to reporters about allegations of ethical violations.

The Texas Republican faces growing criticism about his ties to lobbyists and his fundraising activities. Rep. Delay has denied any wrongdoing; he has not been charged with breaking any laws.
