Veteran Lobbyist Pushes for Transparency

In Washington, lobbyists can influence the way laws take effect by working the halls of the regulatory agencies, where rules are made and enforced. Most of this work takes place in obscurity, but there is one veteran of regulatory lobbying who wants to change that.
