Activists Gather to Discuss Global Nonviolence

This weekend, thousands of activists, teachers and leaders from around the world will gather in Detroit for the Seventh Annual Global Nonviolence Conference. Among other things, organizers say they plan to teach attendees how to implement the principals of nonviolence in their homes and neighborhoods. NPR's Allison Keyes explores the conference and the evolution of nonviolence philosophy.
