News analyst Cokie Roberts discusses the controversy surrounding the two highest-ranking Republicans in Congress. House Majority Leader Tom Delay has been sinking into a morass of questions surrounding his ethics. And Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist continues to push religious issues important to his conservative base in possible preparation of a presidential bid in 2008.
