Judge OKs Hazmat Ban in D.C.

A federal judge rejects efforts by rail company CSX Transportation to stop a ban on hazardous shipments through Washington, D.C. The district passed a law in February banning dangerous chemicals from passing within two miles of the Capitol. CSX says it will appeal the decision.
