GOP Eyes 'Nuclear Option' on Filibusters

Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist has threatened to change the rules on filibusters if Democrats use the filibuster to forestall votes on President Bush's judicial nominees. The so-called "nuclear option" would eliminate the use of filibusters as a method of stalling judicial nominations.
