Much has changed in the 3,000 years since the Jews fled the tyranny of the pharaohs and began their trek toward Israel. Essayist Evelina Shmukler explains that celebrating Passover in Egypt poses a few logistical challenges. Though the Internet helped bridge some of Egypt's cultural divides, finding all of the traditional holiday foods remains challenging.
