Slate's Jurisprudence: A 'Nuclear Option' Senate Deal?

NPR's Noah Adams talks with Slate legal analyst Emily Bazelon about the latest news on the so-called "nuclear option," a policy to prevent Senate filibusters of judicial nominations, currently under consideration by Republicans. Democrats may reportedly drop their objections to some of the president's judicial nominees if Republicans agree not to pursue the elimination of the judicial filibuster.
