Decision Due on Marine in Death of Two Iraqis
A hearing is under way at Camp LeJeune, N.C., to determine if a U.S. Marine will face a court-martial for killing two unarmed Iraqis. Lt. Ilario Pantano says he believed the men were insurgents preparing to attack him. Prosecutors say the killings were unnecessary. Pantano's defenders want the charges dropped.
