Post-Scandal Regulations Boost Accounting Industry

The accounting scandals of the past few years produced a regulatory crackdown known as Sarbanes-Oxley, which has made audits much tougher and restricted who can be on a company board. Many companies hate the new rules, but they've been a boon for the accounting industry.
