Politics May Have Postponed Verdict for Russian Tycoon

NPR's senior news analyst sees contradictions in Russian President Vladimir Putin's state of the union speech and events in Russia. Putin said his country is moving towards greater freedom and democracy, but that is at odds with recent political news, including the postponement of a verdict in the trial of Yukos oil magnate Mikhail Khodorkovsky.
