Madeleine Brand talks with Patrick McDonnell of The Los Angeles Times about the Iraqi National Assembly's announcement of a partial cabinet. Several key vacancies remain in the new government, and Sunni Moslems — a minority in the embattled nation, but once the dominant political force under deposed dictator Saddam Hussein — are not yet fully represented.
