U.K. Memo Questioned Legality of Iraq War

Tony Blair has been forced to publish a previously classified letter sent by Britain's attorney general in 2003 that raised concerns about the legal justification for the war in Iraq. Publication of the memo, coming just a week before the country's general election, has put Blair on the defensive.
