Indiana Legislator Changes Course on Daylight Savings

Melissa Block talks with Indiana state legislature Rep. Troy Woodruff about his vote Thursday night supporting Indiana's return to Daylight Savings Time. Woodruff, a freshman representative, switched his vote to support the measure after telling constituents he would oppose it.
