Deadly Attacks Target Cairo Tourists

A bomber strikes a bus station near the Egyptian Museum in Cairo, while two veiled women opened fire on a tour bus. Reports on the number of dead and injured confict. On April 7, three died in the bombing of Cairo's main marketplace.
