Deadly Attacks Target Cairo Tourist Sites

In Egypt's largest city, at least three people are dead and nine are wounded after two attacks near sites popular with tourists. Saturday's attacks follow an Apr. 7 suicide bombing at a tourist bazaar in central Cairo. The motive for the attacks isn't clear.
