Social Security in a Lame-Duck Presidency

Current polls indicate that President Bush's Social Security plan does not resonate with a majority of the American public. NPR's Senior News Analyst Daniel Schorr wonders if the President's steadfast support of that plan, as well as other controversial issues, have anything to do with his lame-duck presidency.
