In Thailand, young women can vie for the title of Miss Jumbo Queen in a beauty contest held at an elephant zoo. Contestants must weigh at least 175 pounds. Miss Jumbo Queen takes home, among other prizes, $50,000 and a huge trophy. It's all for a good cause: The plus-sized contestants get to show off their beauty and talent — while the proceeds go to protect Thailand's shrinking elephant population.
