Judge Rejects England's Guilty Plea in Abu Ghraib Case

The military judge overseeing the sentencing phase of Army Pfc. Lynndie England's trial has thrown out one of her guilty pleas. Following testimony from Pvt. Charles Graner, the judge said he was not convinced England knew her actions were wrong at the time.
