Alex Chadwick talks with Michele Kelemen about Thursday's Senate Foreign Relations Committee decision to allow the full Senate to vote on the controversial nomination of John Bolton to be U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations. The committee took the unusual step of sending the nomination to the Senate floor without an endorsement.
