Court to Hear Abortion Notification Case

For the first time in five years, the Supreme Court has agreed to hear an abortion case — this one involves parental notification and the health of the mother. A New Hampshire law obliges doctors to inform parents of a pregnant minor 48 hours before an abortion, unless there's a medical emergency.
