Alex Chadwick speaks with Los Angeles Times reporter Mike Bresnahan about Tuesday's announcement that Phil Jackson will return as coach to basketball's Los Angeles Lakers. Jackson has the best winning percentage for both regular season and playoff games in NBA history, led the Chicago Bulls to six league titles and in 2000 led the Lakers to their first league title in a decade.
