Bush to Stress Iraq, War on Terror

President Bush tells reporters he would be giving new emphasis to the war in Iraq in his public statements, explaining the need for American perseverance in the face of the continuing insurgency there. The president also defended U.S. policy on the treatment of detainees in the wider war on terrorism.
