President Bush's meeting today with Vietnamese Prime Minister Phan Van Khai — the first-ever visit by a leader of the communist government since South Vietnam fell to Viet Cong forces at the end of the Vietnam War 30 years ago. The two are scheduled to discuss Vietnamese human rights, religious freedom and world trade.
