Alex Chadwick talks to Andy Mosher, deputy foreign editor for The Washington Post, about the press conference Army Lt. General John Vines gave Tuesday assessing the situation in Iraq. Vines believes the insurgency, while small, is not diminishing — an opinion contrary to recent statements by the Bush administration.
