Profile of Zalmay Khalilzad, U.S. Ambassador to Iraq

Afghan intelligence officers recently thwarted an assassination attempt on Zalmay Khalilzad, the U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan. Now Khalilzad has been named U.S. ambassador to Iraq — going from the proverbial frying pan into the fire. University of Southern California professor and U.S. foreign policy expert Richard Dekmejian, who has worked with Khalilzad, talks with Alex Chadwick about the ambassador's skills as a diplomat.
