Does Marriage Counseling Work?

The marriage counselor community is looking at a split — between therapists who focus on keeping couples together and those who counsel the individuals, without trying to avert a divorce. For the unhappy couple, it can be hard to know which you're getting.

Guests:

William Doherty, director of the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at the University of Minnesota and author of Take Back Your Marriage

Lois Braverman, president of the American Family Therapy Academy

Dian Sollee, founder of Smart Marriages and a former therapist
