Mad Cow Case Raises New Questions on Testing

The U.S. Department of Agriculture confirms the second case of mad cow disease in the United States. Tests in England confirmed the diagnosis after the U.S. "gold standard" for testing did not. But there's no apparent danger to the food supply.
