Italian Judge vs. CIA: Where Will It Lead?

There's no official U.S. reply to an Italian judge's arrest decree for 13 Americans he ties to the CIA. They're accused of taking an imam off the streets of Milan two years ago and sending him to Egypt for questioning. Ruth Wedgwood of Johns Hopkins outlines the implications of the case.
