The President's Week in Review

Last week provided some difficult moments for President Bush. The president's approval rating is down, while top military commanders told Congress on Thursday that the Iraqi insurgency was not in its "last throes," as Vice President Cheney has asserted. And Bush's nominee for U.N. ambassador, John Bolton, continued to face problems in the Senate.
