Founding member of the Beatles... trailblazing singer-songwriter... stamp collector? The Smithsonian's National Postal Museum has purchased John Lennon's boyhood stamp collection. The collection of more than 500 stamps from around the world goes on display at the Washington, D.C., museum this fall. A curator of the exhibit hopes this may put some rock 'n' roll into the hobby of stamp collecting: "It just doesn't get any cooler than John Lennon."
