Robert Siegel talks with John Lancaster of The Washington Post about the latest development in the case of a Pakistani woman who was gang-raped as punishment for a crime for which her brother was convicted. Pakistan's Supreme Court overturned the acquittal of 13 men and ordered their re-arrest in connection with the rape of Mukhtaran Bibi.
