Muslim Sues U.S. over Terrorist 'Watch List'
An American Muslim is pressing a new lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security. The Chicago businessman claims that because his name is similar to one on the department's terrorist "watch list," he has been repeatedly harassed and detained by U.S. border and customs officials.
