Juan Williams discusses inside-the-Beltway issues affecting African Americans with Rev. Joseph Watkins, pastor at Philadelphia's Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church. Watkins was White House aide to the first President Bush. Joining in the discussion is Ron Walters, political science professor at the University of Maryland. He was an adviser to Rev. Jesse Jackson's campaign for president.
