Read the draft final report of the Nuclear Weapons Complex Infrastructure Task Force:

Sweeping changes for the nation's nuclear weapons facilities are expected to be recommended by a new report. The study from a Department of Energy advisory panel recommends consolidating much of the nation's nuclear material for bombs.
