Court Hears Arguments in 'Dirty Bomber' Case
Jose Padilla has been detained as a so-called "enemy combatant" for allegedly plotting to detonate a radioactive "dirty" bomb as part of a terror campaign against the United States. On Tuesday, an appeals court in Richmond, Va., hears arguments over whether the government can continue to hold him without charging him with a crime.
