President Bush's Supreme Court nominee, Judge John Roberts, sits on the D.C. Federal Appeals Court. Despite being on the bench for only two years, Roberts has a long record in government service as an advocate for several administrations, and in private practice. He has also argued many cases before the Supreme Court. NPR's Nina Totenberg looks at Judge Roberts' legal record.
