Robert Siegel talks with New York Times correspondent John Burns about upheaval at the tribunal preparing the trial of Saddam Hussein. Ahmed Chalabi has fired nine senior staff members, and threatened to dismiss the chief investigative judge and 18 others under a "de-Baathification" provision. If Chalabi succeeds in firing the additional members, Burns says there could be major turmoil because these are figures central to the trial.
