Last Days is the latest from filmmaker Gus Van Sant, who is no stranger to controversy. His last film, Elephant, was loosely based on the Columbine shootings; it sparked debate over fictionalizing recent tragedy.

In his new movie, Van Sant continues to mine reality for material: the last days of rock icon Kurt Cobain's life. Van Sant insists it's not a bio-pic -- but once again, it's sparking debate over blurring the line between fact and fiction. Andrea Shea reports.
