Two U.S. lawmakers are proposing that a Justice Department investigative unit be designated to work on unsolved homicides of the civil rights era. Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CT) and Sen. Jim Talent (R-Mo.) discuss their proposal with Ed Gordon.
