The four unions said to plan a boycott of the AFL-CIO conference are:

Service Employees International Union

Teamsters

United Food and Commercial Workers

UNITE HERE, a group of textile and hotel workers.

Four of the largest unions in the AFL-CIO plan to boycott the organization's 50th anniversary convention. The unions involved comprise about one-third of the AFL-CIO's 13 million members.
