Music fit for an Emperor: Maximilian was so impressed by Carl Maria von Weber's new music for clarinet that he asked Weber to compose two concertos for his friend Heinrich Baermann to play. Here's one of them: The Concerto No. 2 in E-flat, Op. 74, played here by clarinetist Alan Kay, and the Windham Chamber Music Festival Orchestra, conducted by Robert Manno.
