Panera Bread reported this week that second-quarter revenues were up 33 percent. And Panera's stock has been rising as well. Shares of the bread and bakery company are up around 60 percent over the past 12 months and are up around 15 times in value over the past 6 years. David Gardner talks about the big business of high carbs with Panera Bread co-founder and CEO Ron Shaich.
