A security video captured men breaking into a cookie shop and pouring cold drinks. The store video in Richmond, Calif., showed the culprits were police officers. Their lawyer now explains the cops were very thirsty. At a discount store in Janesville, Wisc., an elderly woman was found asleep in a recliner chair. She had no permanent address, but police found $60,000 in her wallet. Social services may help her find a bank account.
