Reality TV in the Netherlands has come up against the harder reality of that country's laws on child labor. The Dutch Big Brother show has a house member who is pregnant, and the producers want her to give birth live on TV. But the Ministry of Social Affairs hasn't granted a work permit to the as yet-to-be born child actor. Then of course, the mother might be voted off the show before her child appears.
